“Can we untangle this mess, confront reality and speak the truth?” US envoy Jason Greenblatt demands.

Noting that previous US-led Israeli-Palestinian peace plans did not work, Trump’s chief negotiator Jason Greenblatt stressed that courage is what is needed in order to make a meaningful difference.

Addressing the Israel Hayom Forum on US-Israel relations in Jerusalem on Thursday evening, he reminded the audience that silence and rejection of this week’s Bahrain summit and the continued Islamic Jihad in Gaza are hurting, rather than helping, the Palestinian people.

“Can we untangle this mess, confront reality and speak the truth?” he asks.
