Through a unique initiative, Viki Angel Cohen is using her little brother’s favorite foods to remember him and share his memory.

As Israelis mark Yon Hazikaron (Memorial Day), many families of those that have fallen try to connect with their loved ones and keep their memory alive.

One organization found a unique way to accomplish this. Taste of Memories is a one-of-a-kind program that seeks to honor fallen Israel Defense Forces troops and Israeli terror victims by preparing their favorite foods and recounting their stories.
