There are over 1.4 million people with disabilities living in Israel, including about 700,000 of working age.

Michal Feinberg, an expert in labor law, explains how Israel plans on helping these people to find employment.

Already, discrimination is illegal in Israel. Feinberg elaborates on how the law is being extended to make a better impact.

The major goal is to promote affirmative action in the workplace, she explains.
