Israel detected an unmanned Iranian drone entering Israeli airspace, potentially putting thousands of innocent Israeli citizens in life-threatening danger.

The IDF on Saturday shot down an unmanned Iranian drone that was launched into Israel from Syria. The Israeli Air Force then sent F-16 fighter planes in a surgical strike to quickly neutralize aggressive targets in Syria.

The Syrians responded, and the situation quickly escalated. One Israeli pilot was seriously wounded.

Israel’s continuous warnings about the danger emanating from Iran and threatening the entire region were absolutely correct.
