Seven-year-old Ori Greenhut recently made an astonishing discovered of major historical significance on a family outing.

After contacting the Israel Antiquities Authorities, he learned that the figurine he unearthed ended up being a statue from the Canaanite era dating back some 3,400 years and had likely served ritual purposes.
