This Israeli woman provides a reminder that even when Palestinians fail to physically harm Israelis in terror attacks, the psychological effects can last a lifetime.

While rocket attacks, stabbings, and car-rammings remain Palestinian terrorists’ preferred method of attacks, this resident of an Israel-Gaza border area town shares what it’s like to wake up to warnings that Palestinians are shooting at her home.

“This morning we were woken up to a code red alert .. as a result of live fire,” explains Adva Klein.

During the past few weeks, Israelis living in border area communities have existed under the constant threat of infiltration, rocket attacks, and violent attempts to breach Israel’s borders, such as this one.
