A window in Israel shattered by a Palestinian rocket

The IDF created an anti-rocket window system to protect people in hospitals and health clinics who cannot quickly reach bomb shelters during missile attacks.

When most Israelis hear rocket sirens, which indicate they have only a minute or so to reach a bomb shelter, they instinctively take off running.

Unfortunately, bed-ridden people and disabled Israelis cannot race toward a safe room.

To protect this population, the IDF created an anti-rocket window system to protect people in hospitals and health clinics, which the Israeli military recently successfully tested.
