WATCH: Israeli Space Suit Protects Astronauts from Radiation

Israeli tech will soon reach the moon in the form of a special space suit designed to protect astronauts from radiation in space.

NASA is looking to put humans on the moon in five years, and worldwide space agencies are making plans to reach Mars.

StemRad, a Tel Aviv-based company, is building a suit of space armour to protect against radiation, and NASA wants to try it out.

The vest-like suit, dubbed AstroRad, was manufactured by StemRad, a Tel Aviv-based company.
