WATCH: Moderate Muslim Leader Says Obama is Appealing to Radical Islam

A moderate Muslim leader and former US Navy lieutenant questions Obama’s motive in appearing at a radical mosque associated with the Muslim Brotherhood.

Dr. Zuhdi Jasser, a co-founder of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy and author of A Battle for the Soul of Islam, stated his incomprehension at US President Barack Obama’s “bizarre” decision to appear at a radical Baltimore mosque that practices “gender apartheid” and other forms of extremism connected to the Muslim Brotherhood.

Jasser, a specialist in internal medicine nuclear cardiology, criticized the president’s “cozying up to Saudi Arabia and Iran” as well as his use of minorities for a partisan political agenda. He points to Obama’s policy of appeasement towards the most radical elements of Islam, while giving moderates the cold shoulder.
