WATCH: Mother and Baby Terror Victims Reunited before Jewish Holiday

Young mother and terror victim Adelle Banita will thankfully be reunited with her baby before the start of the Simchat Torah holiday tonight, after surviving a stabbing and shooting attack in Jerusalem.

Adelle’s husband Aharon Banita Bennett and Rabbi Nechemia Lavie were killed in the attack.

Shaare Zedek Medical Center’s Director, Prof. Yonatan Halevy, said that despite resuscitation attempts, the staff in the trauma unit pronounced Rabbi Lavie dead soon after his arrival. He was stabbed multiple time in the upper part of his body.

Adelle Banita, who is being treated in Hadassah Medial Center, will be reunited this evening with her two-year-old daughter who suffered a gunshot wound to the right leg.

Let us all pray for the full recovery of all the victims. May G-d protect the people of Israel.
