WATCH: Netanyahu Denies Iranian Claims of Success in Syria

Israel has prevented the Islamic Republic from achieving its goals in Syria, Netanyahu said.

At the Sunday morning cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu categorically denied Iran’s claims of success in Syria.

The previous day, Rear Admiral Ali Shamkhani, the secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, said that Tehran has reached 90 percent of its goals in Syria,

According to Netanyahu, Israel has prevented that from happening.

The Israeli leader plans to discuss the issue next Wednesday with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
