An Egyptian journalist ambushed his Iranian host with the truth, debunking Tehran’s absurd anti-U.S. corona conspiracies.

Atef Abdel Gawad, an Egyptian journalist based in Washington, D.C., recently appeared on a coronavirus debate on Iran’s Al-Alam TV.

During the broadcast, Gawad pointed out how utterly “illogical” it is to claim that the United States caused the spread of the Covid-19, in light of the fact that the virus is wreaking unprecedented havoc on the nation.
