A Ukrainian family managed to flee their war-torn country and find refuge in the Jewish state. But their challenges are not over.

Over 4 million Ukrainians have fled their war-ton country in search of safety from the Russian invasion.

Since the start of the war, over 12,000 Ukrainians have found refuge in the Jewish state. Alona Lutsyuk belongs to one of these Ukrainian families is Alona Lutsyuk. She came with her parents and two children with the help of her sister, a doctor who lives in Israel.

The family shares how they feel about being in Israel and what the future holds for them.
