Kippalive, un popular grupo judío a capella, ha lanzado un nuevo vídeo musical de una oración tradicional de Janucá.

Un grupo de talentosos amigos de Ra’anana, al norte de Tel Aviv, comenzó a cantar canciones de Shabat juntos hace casi 10 años los viernes por la noche, un momento en el que los judíos tradicionalmente se abstienen de usar instrumentos musicales.

Sus increíbles actuaciones a capella llamaron la atención y pronto se les encargó actuar en las celebraciones del Día de la Independencia en su Ra’anana natal.

Su último video musical, Hanerot Halalu – esta vez acompañado por un piano –  es una versión moderna de una oración sobre la santidad de las luces de Janucá, tradicionalmente cantadas durante la iluminación de la menorá.
