El 19 de Diciembre del 2017, la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidad declaró que el 21 de Agosto marcará el Día Internacional de Conmemoración y Tributo a las Víctimas del Terrorismo. Esta decisión fue tomada con el objetivo de brindar honor y apoyo a la víctimas y sobrevivientes de ataques terroristas y de proteger sus derechos humanos y libertades.

Todos los días, los soldados de las FDI defienden a los civiles israelíes de organizaciones terroristas, incluyendo a Hamás, Hezbolá, la Yihad Islámica y otras respaldadas por Irán.

Siempre estaremos con los sobrevivientes de estos horribles ataques terroristas y recordaremos a las víctimas alrededor del mundo. Bendita sea su memoria.
