Israel continues to fight terrorism on a daily basis, this time sentencing to jail the depraved Palestinian terrorists who killed an innocent Israeli couple in front of their four children last year.

Four Hamas terrorists responsible for murdering Eitam and Naama Henkin in front of their four children in a shooting attack in October were sentenced on Wednesday by a military court to two life sentences and another 30 years in prison each.

The four-member Hamas cell shot at the couple’s car as they were traveling with their children near Shechem (Nablus). The terrorists initially attempted to abduct one of the parents, but the father fought back and the cell experienced several difficulties and so they shot both parents at close range.

The children survived, thanks to the terrorist’s multiple “mistakes” that forced them to flee the scene of the attack earlier than they had apparently intended.

All cell members were subsequently captured by Israeli forces in several operations.

Another cell member convicted of involvement in the attack has yet to be sentenced, and the trials of two other terrorists linked to the murder are still underway.

Three of the terrorists were also involved in previous shooting attacks, in which one Israeli citizen was murdered.

In May, Israeli forces demolished the home Zid Ziad Jameel Amar, one the cell members, in Shechem.

In December, the IDF destroyed the home of Rajab Ahmed Mohammed Aliwa, who commanded the Hamas cell and planned the attack.
