Fighting its continuing war on Palestinian terrorism, IDF forces destroyed the homes of four Palestinian terrorists responsible for the murder of three Israelis.

IDF forces destroyed Saturday night the homes of four Palestinian terrorists who were responsible for several recent terror attacks that claimed several Israeli lives.

Acting in accordance with directives of Minister of Defense Moshe Ya’alon, security personnel demolished the residences of Yehye Muhammad Naif Abdallah, Samir Zahir Ibrahim Kusa and Samir Zahir Ibrahim Kusa in Shechem (Nablus), and the residence of Maad Hamed in Silwad.

Hamad, Kusah, and Karem Lufti Fatahi Razek shot and murdered Naama and Rabbi Eitan Henkin in front of their four children in October. All three were captured by Israeli security forces and are awaiting trial.

Maad Hamed shot and murdered Malachi Rosenfeld on his way back from a basketball game at the end of June.

The IDF carried out the demolitions after they were cleared by Israel’s High Court of Justice on Thursday, which rendered a unanimous ruling allowing the state to demolish the homes of four Palestinian terrorists responsible for the murder of four Israelis.

“Razing homes is an unusually harsh measure, mostly as it harms a terrorist’s family, which is often ignorant of his nefarious plans. Nevertheless, at times there is no choice but to employ demolition as a measure of deterrence,” Israeli Chief Justice Miriam Naor wrote in her ruling.

The demolition of terrorists’ homes is part of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s plans to contend with the recent wave of Palestinian terror attacks which has claimed the lives of 14 Israelis in the past two months.

Demolition orders against several other terrorists’ homes are still being contested in the Israeli courts.
