“From the sea of the blood of the Martyrs (Shahids), we will create the State of Palestine,” Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas’ Fatah party wrote in a Facebook post, promoting violence against Israel.
The Palestinian leadership is persisting with its incitement to terrorism against Israel, despite claims it does not do so, the Palestinian Media Watch (PMW) reported.
Earlier this month, Palestinian Authority (PA) head Mahmoud Abbas’ Fatah Movement encouraged Palestinians to die for Allah while committing attacks against Israelis.
In a Facebook post on its official page, Fatah asserted that it is Palestinians dying for Allah, the spilling of “the blood of the Martyrs,” that “will create the State of Palestine.” “Palestine – From the sea of the blood of the Martyrs (Shahids), we will create the State of Palestine,” Fatah wrote in the post, together with a collage of photos of terrorists.
PMW, a watchdog which monitors Palestinian incitement, has documented that Fatah’s student movement Shabiba has used the same slogan at two different universities, encouraging youth to adopt a path of violence and to become “Martyrs.”
When Israel placed metal detectors at the Temple Mount entrances following a terror attack there in which two Israeli policemen were murdered in July and the Palestinians subsequently responded with violence and riots, Fatah encouraged Palestinians to “escalate” the riots and stated that “with our blood we will thwart the Zionists’ plans.”
In a post by Fatah’s Nablus branch, the movement described Palestinian blood as “the gunpowder of the revolution.”
“The Palestinian blood is not oil or water, but rather the salt of the earth and the gunpowder of the revolution,” Fatah wrote in the post.
The image on Fatah’s main page shows a Palestinian flag and the word “Palestine” formed with the Fatah logo and a collage of photos of Palestinian “leaders,” including the terrorists Fathi Shaqaqi, the founder of the terrorist organization Islamic Jihad, which has carried out more than 1,000 terror attacks, murdering and wounding hundreds of Israeli civilians, Abu Jihad, a founder of Fatah and deputy to Yasser Arafat who headed the PLO terror organization’s military wing and also planned many deadly Fatah terror attacks in the 1960’s – 1980’s, Abu Iyad, one of the founders of Fatah and head of the terror organization Black September, a secret branch of Fatah whose attacks included the murder of 11 Israeli athletes at the Munich Olympics, and Ahmad Yassin, founder and former head of the terrorist organization Hamas.
