Senior Palestinian official reveals collusion between the International Criminal Court and the Palestinians trying to smear Israel with war crimes.

ICC prosecutor Fatou Bensouda announced Wednesday that the court would launch 'an investigation respecting the Situation in Palestine.'

There are some serious problems with the ICC's step towards probes into Israel’s military actions in Gaza and its presence in Judea and Samaria.

'The ICC chief prosecutor’s hand is now controlled by organizations linked to the Third Reich,' explains Richard Kemp, referring to the Nazi-trained Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine terror group.
