As Israel continues to battle Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in the north, Jews across the globe remember the tragedy of the Holocaust.

During WWII the Nazis led by Adolf Hitler systematically murdered 6 million Jews in various concentration camps across Europe.

Following Hamas’ brutal, genocidal October 7th attack, this year’s Holocaust commemoration takes on new meaning and will not be the same as previous years.

The ceremonies include remarks by Netanyahu and President Herzog along with the lighting of the torches by six Holocaust survivors.
