“Our relations are great. We are like brothers here,” said an employee.

The Israeli Snapir aluminum factory in Samaria employs both Israelis and Palestinians who work side by side.

The factory gives their 150 employees the ability to make a living and provide for their families while serving as an island of coexistence.

“There is no difference between us workers. We are like one big family working together,” one of them said.
