“V’hi She’amda” is a verse in the Passover Haggadah that has brought much hope to the Jewish people throughout the centuries, especially during times of oppression.

V’hi Sheamda – “It is this that stands” – is a verse in the Passover Haggadah referring to God’s promise to Abraham to take our forefathers out of Egypt.

The Jewish People has faced many enemies, from Pharoah in Egypt to Hitler in Nazi Germany to the current rise of anti-Semitism worldwide. Each was different, yet they all shared the common goal of wiping out the Jewish nation.

Despite their efforts, God has always come to the rescue of the Jewish nation, which is standing strong today in the Land of Israel.
