“If we are going to live another four years with President Trump, God help us,” said Palestinian
Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh on Tuesday.

The Palestinian Authority has had a contentious relationship with the Trump administration and is still furious with the U.S. president for his Middle East peace plan.

Palestinian officials were also livid when the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain both signed peace treaties with Israel last month at a ceremony hosted by Trump at the White House.
