Protest Temple Mount

Israel’s decision to enhance security at the Temple Mount is not a political issue. Rather, it’s about saving peoples’ lives, Israel’s deputy foreign minister explains to an apparently biased BBC reporter.

Under verbal attack by the BBC, Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Holovely responded well to the journalist who began the interview not with a question, but with an accusation in which he blamed Israel completely for the current Temple Mount crisis.

Watch this shocking interview and think about it. Was the holy site run successfully for 50 years under Jordanian administration? Were Jews and other non-Muslims treated equally? Is it justified to demand better security? Should metal detectors inspire protests and violence?

In fact, is the BBC biased?

The world seems to be hesitant about Israel's right to defend itself and others on the Temple Mount.Watch what I said about it on BBC World Service.בעולם כנראה לא בטוחים באשר לזכותה של ישראל להגן על עצמה ועל אחרים בהר הבית. צפו בדברים שאמרתי היום ב-BBC.
