falafel

Discover the amazing story of how two young men who love falafel brought entire communities together in southern Israel. Beautiful!

In southern Israel, unlike in the main Israeli cities, one doesn’t find a falafel stand on every street corner, making it challenging for those who crave the quintessential Mediterranean treat.

Two young Israeli men decided to change all of that.

Daniel Peretz and Yonatan Cohen take a food truck, called Mesh Falafel, driving to the different neighborhoods in southern Israel to enable hard-working Israelis to enjoy falafel and bond with their community.

Learn about their story and what inspires them to do what they do!
