WATCH: Torah Scroll Dedicated in Tel Aviv in Memory of Fallen IDF Soldiers

Israel will never forget the 72 soldiers who were killed during Operation Protective Edge in 2014, and has decided to honor their memory in a very special way.

With the help of the Am Yisrael Foundation, a new Torah scroll was written in memory of the 72 soldiers who were killed in the summer of 2014 in Israel’s war against Hamas during Operation Protective Edge.

While Israel’s terrorist neighbors always celebrate and idolize death, Israel stands out by celebrating what is truly important and valued – life!

When the dedication ceremony took place in Tel Aviv, a large number of people filled the synagogue.

Let us thank those who have died defending Israel and may their names be remembered for a blessing.
