US Secretary of State John Kerry explains that Iran will not use the billions of dollars in cash it is now receiving to fund terror – only to be contradicted by US National Security Advisor Susan Rice who says Iran will be able to fund terror.

When asked whether Iran can send money to Hezbollah, Houthis, or Shia militia in Iraq, US Secretary of State John Kerry tells the interviewer that Iran cannot and will not fund terror.

But on CNN, US National Security Advisor Susan Rice offers a different answer. She admits that Iran would be able to fund terror, contradicting what John Kerry said in his interview.

I strongly oppose easing sanctions before the nuclear threat from Iran has been eliminated. Allowing Iran to enrich uranium without being subject to 'anytime, anywhere' inspections is extremely dangerous and unacceptable. Iran's nuclear program must be stopped.
