There is nothing that Leibel Mangel, a former IDF lone soldier, wants more than to see peace between Israel and her Arab neighbors.
But he will do anything necessary to defend his people, even if that means picking up a weapon and fighting those who wish to destroy his family and his country.
Peace cannot be made with those who incite and celebrate violence, he explains.
Peace cannot be made with those who deny his country’s very right to exist.
He dreams about the day when Jews and Arabs will live side by side in true peace. Until then, he’s prepared to fight.
