Under heavy machine gun fire, an IDF soldier rushed to the aid of his fellow soldier who was wounded in battle. The soldier bleeding profusely from his left leg was crying out in pain when they reached him.

A CAT tourniquet was applied to the wounded leg stopping the bleeding and minimizing as much damage as possible. Rolling him onto a stretcher his unit evacuated him to safety and allowed him to get the medical attention needed to save his leg and possibly his life.

The immense bravery shown in the heat of battle is a perfect example of the IDF and their love for one another. They exemplify what it means to bravely serve your country.
