Western Wall

Israel’s Chief Rabbi, while blessing worshipers at the Western Wall during Sukkot 5775, praised the warmth and beauty of the unity of Jewish Nation.

Rabbi David Lau, the Ashkenazic Chief Rabbi of Israel, expressed joy and excitement that tens of thousands of Jews from all over the world flock to the traditional Priestly Blessing ceremony (known as Birkat Kohanim) at the Western Wall twice a year, during the Passover and Sukkot holidays.

It is truly a remarkable site to witness Jews from all walks of life converge on Judaism’s most holy site to pray in unity and receive the priestly blessings.

Rabbi Lau said that “it warms my heart to view the entire nation of Israel together.”

Clearly, the ‘secret weapon’ of the Jewish nation is unity. Without it, the Jewish nation is in danger – both physically and spiritually…
With unity, the Jewish Nation can and will prevail – and flourish – against all odds.

May this Jewish New Year be blessed with the ultimate unity of our nation, with the coming of the Messiah. Amen.

With Blessings from Israel,

The United with Israel Family
