Footage recently emerged of a projectile blowing up a building in Gaza, driving home blatant disregard for human life among the Palestinian terror factions.

Standard operating procedure for Hamas and Islamic Jihad includes storing weapons and launching rockets from civilian locations, including schools, mosques, and residences.

In the last round of fighting in August, multiple Palestinian civilians were killed by misfired rockets.
